At AFWA, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help with our simple return and exchange process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange if:
The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
The original tags and packaging are intact
The return request is made within 3 days of delivery
Please note: Products bought on sale or with discount codes may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Hijabs and innerwear (for hygiene reasons)
Items marked as “Final Sale”
Customized or altered garments
Gift cards
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
Email us at help@afwastyles.com or call 01302351258 within 3 days of receiving your order.
Mention your order number and the reason for the return.
Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable courier service.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your return.
5. Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded in the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested exchange item is not available, we may offer store credit or a refund instead.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong product:
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
Share clear photos of the issue.
We will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit at no extra cost.
